I’d been planning to get some more fashion videography content for my portfolio, and luckily one of my favourite models (Jessie) was in the Otago area for a couple of days. I approached the amazing team at Flo & Frankie to ask if we could borrow some clothing for the shoot, and they were happy to help us out, providing some stunning garments that perfectly suited the shoot.
We shot on Waitangi Day, (6th February), at around 07:15, and were blessed with a fairly solid cloud covering, which created a beautiful moody lighting (my favourite!). It allowed us to gain the autumnal look we were aiming for, despite it being summer.
The location was perfect – the Central Otago region never fails to deliver, there are so many stunning backdrops to choose from here. This still remains to be my favourite shoot to date, i’m so pleased with the results. I’ve included my video pieces below too.
